Owners Hoki and Beno, two sushi chefs from Indonesia with over twenty years of combined experience, specialize in creating unique and delicious iterations of the popular Japanese meal that you wont find anywhere else in the Market. Their elevated twists on classics include the signature dragon roll and a fusion-style poke bowl.
