The Village Moishe (of Moishe’s Restaurant) visited Europe and discovered a sensation sweeping the food world: part sandwich, sort of like a pizza, oven-baked to order, the pedeh is rich in flavor, lighter than traditional sandwiches and open-faced (so the rich flavors are always primary).
