From fresh, house-made croissants and brunch classics to wood fired pizzas, vegetable-forward dishes, each plate reflects owner Vincent Benoliel’s care and creativity. Embracing their success in NYC, the Los Angeles location is SAVTA’s second restaurant.

The first and only vegan marketplace in the country to sell products exclusively from 100% vegan brands. They first launched in East Hollywood and now are excited to expand with a second outlet here at the Market, located next to Singapore’s Banana Leaf. They offer a wide selection of fridge, freezer and pantry staples, as well as a snack counter selling their legendary vegan hot dogs and soft serve ice cream, as well as a variety of other sandwiches and sides.  Other all-vegan specialties range from chocolate and cheese made in-house, to fine imported caviar and lobster.
